What you get

A licence to use the application on your own computers, for personal or commercial purposes, at no cost. The software is licensed under the MIT licence, which also lets you read, modify and redistribute it under those terms. The source repository is private while the app is in testing; ask for access at the address below.

Your Google account

Drive Explorer acts on your Google Drive with the access you grant it at sign-in. You are responsible for the actions you take through it, including deleting, moving and sharing files. Your use of Google Drive stays governed by Google's own terms. You can withdraw the app's access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.

Acceptable use

• Use the app only with accounts and files you are authorised to access.
• Do not use it to break the law, or to breach Google's terms or API policies.
• Do not present modified builds as the official Drive Explorer.

No warranty

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. File operations such as delete, move and overwrite are real and can lose data. Keep your own backups.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for any claim, damages or other liability arising from the software or its use, including lost, corrupted or exposed data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Availability and changes

This is a personal project with no service level attached. Development, releases and support may stop at any time. These terms may be updated; the current version always lives on this page with its effective date, and continuing to use the app means you accept the update.
